What's the Job?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and execution Lead the successful delivery of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) projects supporting aerospace technologiesWhat's Needed?
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR project management or related roles Proven success in managing and delivering complex HR projects and initiatives Strong skills in project planning, organization, and prioritization Ability to influence and coordinate action groups outside of direct reporting lines Experience leading teams of subject matter experts across HR, IT, Finance, and other disciplines without direct management responsibilitiesWhat's in it for me?
