**The Position**

As the HR Project Manager, you will manage different HR projects connected with our Center in Manila for H2R Services. We are over 6 years delivering services. We deliver regional services across Asia, Japan, China and the US for example and then global services for all countries. Projects will be in close collaboration with process management teams, with stakeholders in the country and as well with Center of Excellence in the global headquarters. You will play a key role in driving our excellence service delivery, continuous improvement and growth path further.
**Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ You will be responsible for supporting different HR projects in different areas of H2R – Hire to Retire.
+ Your role will be leading or participating in local and global projects, creating project plans, communication and change management. Ensuring successful delivery and if needed prioritization.
+ Bringing in your experience, knowledge and ideas is key for this role.
+ Strive for End-to-End Process & Overall Processes Standardization having in mind cost, quality, compliance, time/fulfillment of Service Level Agreements, also for innovation and lean processes.
+ You will liaise with the Process Management colleagues, HR professionals in countries and the headquarters and as well with other H2R Service centers in other locations.
+ Ensure organizational growth and learning, share lessons learned and drive healthy conversations within the organization.
**About our Future Employee**
You should have more than 7 years of experience in different HR roles, and at least 4-5 years of Leadership experience in a multinational company.
Additionally, we are looking for:
+ Project experience
+ Program management experience leading large/mid-scale projects, with proven track record in quality management, lean processes, Continuous Improvement.
+ The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (Senior country managing board to HR community).
+ Ability to work across business units/geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation.
+ HRBP experience would be beneficial.
+ Academic degree in Business or equivalent is preferred but not required.
+ Business fluency in English.
