HR Project Manager - HR Service Center - Full Time
Position Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Project Manager (PM) is responsible for project management support of the Guthrie Human Resources division and the Chief Caregiver Officer (CCO) in both the tracking and planning of both operational and strategic HR initiatives, projects and reporting. This position is accountable for all aspects of project management associated with the tracking and reporting of HR Division key performance indicator dashboard, strategic workforce planning, special project management, forecast tracking etc. The HR PM functions in a collaborative role with an HR leadership team. The HR PM is accountable for developing a liaison relationship which requires understanding work processes to the operational group. Education, License & Certification: • Bachelor’s degree required • Project Management Professional Certification preferred Experience: • 2 years of demonstrated project leadership required • 2 years applied experience analyzing data required • Proficient In Microsoft Office Products • Oracle Experience preferred • Health care experience preferred Essential Functions: • Responsible for the creation, maintenance and publication of the comprehensive HR Division KPI Dashboard • Responsible for strategic workforce planning. • Responsible for the project management of all HR strategic and Operational projects in a way that provides the CCO a comprehensive, systematic overview of all HR projects, deliverables, and regulatory requirements for the organization. • Responsible for the project management of special projects as identified by the CCO. • Responsible for financial management tracking with Operations. • Identifies user needs and assesses the scope of projects. Develops system alternatives to meet user needs, including cost estimates. • Assists Operational Team with workflow impact analysis. • Monitors project budgets and resolves budget issues with Vendor Management Team or proper Guthrie Team.
