Job DescriptionAt Ubisoft’s International Headquarters, you will join the HR Transversal Tech Team, made of around 25 people working with the Ubisoft Tech departments which currently employs nearly 3,200 people worldwide. You will specifically join the Talent & Development team. You will report to the Transversal Tech HR Development Director.
The Talent Development Project Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development initiatives within the organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to align talent development programs with business objectives and bring value to our tech teams.
The position is located in Saint-Mandé (France) and not eligible to full remote.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Internal mobility:
Implement the right strategy to facilitate internal mobility for our Tech employeesMake the best of our current tools & processes to provide support for career development (Career Hub, Career mobility Framework, Individual development plan)Communicate about internal mobility opportunitiesFollow-up recruitment needs and approval with Tech stakeholdersBe the point of contact for the talent acquisition communityCareer management:
Lead and implement career management initiatives for Transversal tech teamsDesign, develop, and execute programs that support the career growth and developmentEnsure that career development programs align with organizational goals and strategyWork closely with other HR professionals to ensure alignement with business objectivesTalent reviews and Succession Planning:
Support those processes for Tech teams in collaboration with HR Domain Partners and Global HRBPAlign with HR group for tools and templates to be usedEnsure methodology is understood and implemented well by our HR Tech communityBe the point of contact and referent for Tech teams needsOther Talent development initiatives:
Be responsible for the Onboarding program for Tech employees and share best practices with teamsSupport the implementation of the performance process for Tech teams according to HR group guidelinesLead Learning & Development initiative whenever necessary to bring value to Tech teamsDepending on the HR directions we take to support Ubisoft Tech teams, this role may change over time, across learning/training, performance management, careers development, etc. - Talent Development is such a vast playground!
QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you have a solid experience in HR including a strong focus on Talent Development project management in an international context.You have excellent people skills and can influence and federate multiple stakeholders with diplomacy and positive impact, resulting in building trust-based relationships;You are used to talk with top management layer being assertive and collaborative;You like to see the outcomes of your actions, and you are driven by the results in terms of value added.You are solution oriented, whenever there is a change in priority or uncertainty on the direction, you can identify a variety of solutions to a problem, delivering both large structured projects and quick-win actions to ensure efficiency.You are interested in helping tech teams to stay ahead of the competitors and at the top of their job expertise in regards to tech skills.You master professional English (90% of your time, your work produced, your conversations and your emails will be in English).Additional InformationRecruitment Process
