Flexcity, a leading European energy tech company within the Veolia Group is looking for a resourceful HR projects Manager to join our HR team.
 

This position offers the opportunity to join the Flexcity HR team in France, alongside a team of skilled colleagues from different backgrounds, within the company headquarters in Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan, Madrid & London.


Flexcity is a uniquely positioned Energy Technology company in the Internet of Energy sector. It is a leading demand response aggregator in Europe, rapidly growing and expanding to new regions. Flexcity’s core activity consists of supporting the power grid balance through the operation of its large portfolio of flexible fully-automated assets.

 

 

Job Description

As an HR projects Manager you will focus on new projects and innovation for all the entities of the company, to provide and run impactful innovative and exciting projects for all Flexcitizens. That wayYou will have a direct impact on the well being of our team and help in the decarbonisation of our industry towards a net-zero economy. 

 

You will be part of our commercial team, under the HR manager, and your role is divided in:

 

Design, lead, and implement innovative HR projects tailored to a constantly evolving environment (35%):

Develop detailed project plans and ensure their execution.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes.

Manage change by supporting employees through organizational transitions (30%):

Design and implement communication and training plans to facilitate change.

Support managers and teams in adopting new practices.

Establish performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of HR projects (20%):

Define and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of HR initiatives.

Analyze data to propose adjustments and improvements.

Promote a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters innovation and collaboration (15%):

Organize events and workshops to strengthen company culture.

Encourage diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

Fluent in English - Italian, Spanish or Dutch is a plus

A first experience in a fast changing challenging environment, working on project management

Autonomy, structure and vision

Rigour and analytical skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Customer service oriented

Leadership, teaching skills and adaptability

Soft Skills

Address challenges proactively and think outside the box

High EQ & passionate about people, you can easily create good relationships

The ability to quickly understand the needs of the managers and translate it
