Greets employees and visitors and directs them to the appropriate Human Resources Professional. Demonstrates the ability to learn how to consistently and reliably handle difficult and unusual situations. Receives and routes in-coming telephone calls, replying as necessary and making appropriate referrals. Answers, forwards, and/or returns phone calls promptly. Serves as an information resource, providing instructions to walk-ins pertaining to the Woods Services employment process and position availability. Exhibits professionalism and exercises discretion with conversation and communication. Demonstrates appropriate judgement. Responsible for issuing new and reprinting IDs for employees. Maintains the ID database. Responds to phone and written request for employment verifications. Assists as necessary with mass mailings and special projects Maintains a neat and clean workspace. High school diploma Experience in a customer service and busy atmosphere preferred. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
