What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

Assists the Recruitment Officer in all Recruitment tasks as assigned. Sources candidates to fill-in the vacant positions needed by the company.Schedules and conducts preliminary screening of candidates.Assists and coordinates schedules for final interviews.Prepares internal advertisement for internal hiring needs.Assists Recruitment Officer in the pre-qualification process for internal hiring. Prepares and discusses employment job offer to chosen candidates.Ensures that recruitment needs will be met in accordance with the company’s standard.Prepares company pre-employment forms needed for new hires.Assists Recruitment Officer in reviewing the completeness of all pre-employment forms and pre-employment requirements. Assists in the orientation of newly hired employees.  

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any HR related courses. Must have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment within a fast-paced industry.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
