TRIGO is seeking a full time HR Recruiter in Peoria IL. \n

Shift Hours: 8am - 4:30pm central time Monday-Friday\n

SCOPE OF WORK\n\nCreate and develop accurate documents such as offer letters, job descriptions, reporting and tracking documents. \nComplete the full life cycle of recruiting-sourcing to hire\nWork directly with hiring managers providing regular communication, scheduling assistance, screening candidates, developing job postings and understanding a variety of role requirements \n Assist the HR Specialist in daily HR related tasks such as writing performance corrective notices, providing contacts for employees, supporting employee relations, assisting on the safety team and other related tasks \nParticipate in project work with the HR team\n\n

JOB SKILLS & COMPETENCIES\n\n\u00b7 One to Three years of Recruiting experience.\n\u00b7 Must be able to react quickly, make timely decisions and maintain calm demeanor.\n\u00b7 Excellent written and communication skills\n\u00b7 Knowledge of best practices and key trends in the Human Resource Functions\n\u00b7 Customer Focused with sound judgment\n\u00b7 Strong conflict resolution skills.\n\u00b7 Ability to keep information confidential\n\u00b7 Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize\n\u00b7 Positive outgoing attitude and be a self-starter\n\u00b7 Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point)\n\u00b7 Ability to cold call candidates\n\u00b7 Technical recruiting experience a plus\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\u00b7 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field strongly desired\n\u00b7 Recruiting experience a must\n\n
