Description We are on the lookout for a methodical HR Recruiter to join our team in Greenville, North Carolina, United States. The chosen candidate will be entrusted with the full recruitment cycle, onboarding new hires, and collaborating closely with hiring managers. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to finalizing employment offers. • Oversee the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create appropriate job descriptions. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively to manage candidate data. • Leverage ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for streamlined recruitment processes. • Use tools like Careerbuilder and CRM to source potential candidates. • Efficiently manage 'About Time' and other relevant software for time tracking. • Perform diligent background checks on potential hires to ensure compliance with company standards. • Manage benefit functions, ensuring employees are aware and make the best use of their benefits. • Maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
