This individual will play a critical role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we have the right people in place to meet our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: + Recruitment & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize your deep knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies to attract top talent for management consulting and other roles within our firm. Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, along with other recruitment tools, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates. + Candidate Selection & Interview Process: Lead the candidate selection process from screening through to offer acceptance. Assess candidate fit, guide hiring managers in interview processes, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions are made. Handle candidate rejections and counteroffers, ensuring a smooth and professional process. + Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with hiring managers to align on job requirements and expectations. Maintain clear, ongoing communication with candidates, providing an excellent experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Regularly liaise with HR team members to ensure a seamless transition to the onboarding process. + Problem Solving & Process Improvement: Identify and address challenges that arise in the recruitment process, including sourcing difficulties or delays in hiring. Suggest and implement improvements to optimize time-to-fill and enhance recruitment outcomes. + Business Impact: Your decisions will directly influence the company's talent acquisition strategy and contribute to the success of the business. Ensure that every hire aligns with the company’s culture and long-term goals. Essential Skills & Qualities: + Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate selection processes, and the financial services/management consulting industry. Experience in managing a variety of roles within these sectors is a plus. + Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and empathy to understand candidate motivations and foster a positive experience. + Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. Comfortable tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and leveraging Excel for data analysis and reporting. + Autonomous & Results-Driven: Ability to independently manage multiple recruiting processes simultaneously while delivering high-quality results. You’ll have significant autonomy in making decisions related to candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management. + Problem-Solving: Creative approach to overcoming challenges in sourcing and candidate fit, and the ability to continuously improve recruitment processes. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience in a corporate talent acquisition role, preferably within the financial services or management consulting sectors. + Expertise in using recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed. + Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting. + Familiarity with recruiting metrics and performance tracking. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
