Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the non-profit industry located in Los Angeles, California. We are actively seeking a HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily focus on handling recruitment-related activities, ensuring that all processes are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing applications from prospective candidates.
• Maintaining a comprehensive and organized record of all recruitment activities.
• Addressing and resolving any inquiries related to the recruitment process.
• Monitoring the status of candidates in the recruitment pipeline and taking relevant actions.
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions.
• Leveraging the ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment processes.
• Using Careerbuilder and CRM tools for sourcing and managing candidate information.
• Conducting background checks as part of the recruitment procedure.
• Managing benefit functions related to employee compensation and benefits.
• Ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary for effective financial management within the organization
• Expertise in using ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR and payroll management
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential for seamless data communication within the organization
• Proficiency in using Careerbuilder for effective recruitment sourcing is desired
• Strong skills in CRM for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships
• Proficiency in About Time software for effective time management
• Familiarity with Applicant Track System for efficient management of recruitment processes
• Ability to perform Background Checks in compliance with legal and organizational standards
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions to provide employees with accurate and timely benefits information
