Description We are on the search for an HR Recruiter to join our team in the manufacturing industry based in Pooler, Georgia. The role involves managing various aspects of recruitment, from posting jobs and scheduling interviews to conducting pre-screening processes and handling communication through various channels. Responsibilities: • Ensuring efficient processing and management of recruitment activities, including job postings and applicant tracking. • Organizing and scheduling interviews in a timely manner. • Conducting initial screening and comprehensive interviews to assess candidate suitability. • Managing communication channels effectively, including answering inbound calls and responding to emails. • Assisting with daily tasks as needed, providing support to the senior recruiting team. • Utilizing recruitment tools and systems such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Careerbuilder. • Overseeing CRM systems and ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. • Conducting background checks as part of the recruitment process. • Performing various HR functions related to benefits and other HR-related tasks. • Exercising excellent communication skills and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for all parties involved.
