Description We are offering a long-term, 4+ month contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Solomon, Kansas, 67480, United States. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and hiring the best candidates that align with our business needs. You will also contribute to HR department functions and perform administrative duties. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the entire recruitment process from posting vacant roles in HRIS/recruitment system to onboarding new hires. • Evaluate resumes and applications to determine if candidates possess the necessary qualifications and meet job criteria. • Conduct both phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Verify candidate references to ensure authenticity and reliability. • Collaborate with HR/TA team members to comprehend their specific needs, craft job descriptions, and pinpoint ideal candidates. • Implement effective recruitment strategies to streamline the hiring process. • Manage the recruitment event calendar and oversee events, including event registration, planning, marketing, execution, and reporting. • Participate in local and onsite recruitment events to source potential candidates. • Assist in the execution of the summer internship program in partnership with the TA manager. • Perform other administrative duties as requested by the TA and HR Manager. Requirements • Proven experience in using CRM tools for effective management of recruitment processes • Proficiency in using Applicant Track System for streamlining recruitment procedures • Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks to ensure the hiring of suitable candidates • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in handling Benefit Functions within an HR setting • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with potential candidates and internal teams • Knowledge and experience in using UKG Pro for HR management tasks • Proficiency in using UKG Ready for efficient HR operations • Experience in managing Onboarding processes for new hires • Strong skills in Recruitment - Sourcing for identifying and attracting potential candidates.
