Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry for an HR Recruiter based in Piqua, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will be primarily involved in the recruitment and onboarding process, handling employee relations, and managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Oversee the recruitment process, including the posting of job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews • Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, specifically for roles such as test technicians and line workers • Ensure smooth operation of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other similar tools • Handle employee relations matters, providing open communication and support as necessary • Conduct background checks on potential employees as part of the recruitment process • Maintain a keen attention to detail in all administrative and recruitment-related tasks • Facilitate and schedule interviews as part of the hiring process • Ensure accurate and timely job postings to attract potential candidates • Maintain a personable and patient demeanor when interacting with employees and potential hires.
