Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Pasadena, California. In this role, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new employees. Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer letter, ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to engage with potential candidates
• Develop and post job descriptions on different platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, providing timely feedback and support throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Assist in negotiating and finalizing job offers in accordance with organizational policies and compensation structure
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and background checks are conducted
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics, providing insightful reports to HR leadership
• Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with nonprofit standards, equal employment opportunity laws, and organizational policies.
Requirements • Applicant must possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.
• Expertise in ADP Workforce Now is required.
• The candidate should be knowledgeable in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.
• Familiarity with Careerbuilder is necessary.
• Proficiency in CRM is a vital requirement.
• Experience in About Time is essential.
• The candidate must be adept in using the Applicant Track System.
• Ability to conduct Background Checks is mandatory.
• Knowledge in Benefit Functions is required.
