Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the manufacturing industry, located in Bridgeview, Illinois, United States. The role will involve high volume recruiting for various positions such as mechanics, millwrights, labor, and production personnel. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and performing other recruitment-related tasks. Responsibilities: • Conduct high volume recruiting for various roles including mechanics, millwrights, labor, and production personnel • Execute initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability • Schedule interviews and set up appointments with managers to streamline the hiring process • Engage in regular communication via email to ensure smooth recruitment operations • Utilize video conferencing tools for interviewing candidates remotely • Leverage Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage recruitment tasks effectively • Carry out recruitment tasks onsite and independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills • Maintain compliance with company policies, including conducting background checks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR Recruiter role within the Manufacturing industry. • Proven skills in Recruiting, including sourcing and selecting suitable candidates. • Demonstrated ability to Conduct Interviews, both in person and via Video Conferencing. • Proficient in scheduling and coordinating Interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. • Strong competency in Office software, especially Excel and Word.
