Description We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join a Human Resources team. This position will play a key role in finding and attracting top talent for our organization. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for all stages of the talent acquisition process, which includes sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and managing communication and negotiation with prospective employees. + Responsibilities: + Develop and execute recruiting plans effectively. + Work closely with hiring managers to determine the desired skills and experience for each open position. + Source candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc. + Screen resumes and job applications and initiate preliminary interviews. + Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews. + Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates. + Build strong relationships with past and potential candidates. Requirements + Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or similar HR role. + Prior customer service or retail background is fine. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Can work in a fast-paced environment/ multitask. + Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. + Willing to speak with potential candidates regarding jobs. + Exceptional ability to manage relationships at all levels in a company.
