Description We are in the process of recruiting an HR Recruiter to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. As an HR Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying and sourcing top-tier talent for our organization. Your role will involve managing the entire recruitment process, from shaping job descriptions to coordinating interviews and gathering hiring manager feedback. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with internal managers to create detailed job descriptions • Utilize a wide network of contacts to uncover potential talent for our organization • Conduct comprehensive screening of potential candidates • Utilize various platforms and databases, including ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now, to manage recruitment tasks • Regularly post job vacancies and manage responses • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews effectively • Gather and analyze hiring managers’ feedback to improve the recruitment process • Leverage Applicant Track System and CRM for efficient candidate tracking and management • Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process • Ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
