As a Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by recruiting top talent and providing exceptional HR support to our staff. The ideal candidate is a dedicated individual who is committed to excellence, has an understanding of HR principles, and can effectively contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities + Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate tracking, and interviews. + Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new staff orientation, process all necessary paperwork, and educate new hires on benefits and payroll systems. + HR Administration: Assist the HR Manager with employee engagement initiatives, leaves of absence, benefits administration, and general HR tasks. + Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and data in the applicant tracking system and personnel files. Qualifications + Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Google Suite skills, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Slides and Forms. + Exceptional data management and clerical skills. + Strong organizational and follow-through skills. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and work in a team environment. + Commitment to delivering quality HR services. Requirements + High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred. + Valid California driver's license and good driving record. + Hands-on experience in general recruiting and administrative support. + Knowledge of current recruiting trends. + General understanding of State and Federal employment regulations, basic employment laws, and EEOC practices.
