Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand the immediate and future talent needs of the business
Create an effective search strategy to fill open positions and build candidate pipelines
Build relationships with potential candidates continually through e-mail, calls, and networking
Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
Screen potential candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
Create reports on sourcing activity and communicate any relevant market information to the Recruiter and or management
Proactively conduct research to create sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
Support efforts regarding off-site recruiting activities including participation in job fairs, conferences & professional organizations
Cultivate partnerships to ensure time-to-fill metrics are achieved
Education and/or Experience:
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in HR, Business, or other related field.
Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Ability to influence & interact successfully with all levels of the organization
Creative problem solver and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
