Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Activities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates effectively for various positions. Schedule interviews and facilitate the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. School Relationship Development: Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to develop a robust fresh graduate program. Develop and organize internship and entry-level opportunities for new graduates in HR and consulting. Local Recruitment Drives: Organize and manage recruitment events within India, including job fairs and local hiring campaigns. Promote our brand at recruitment events to attract top talent.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, preferably with a focus on hiring Workday Consultants or technical talent. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English. Ability to manage recruitment drives and interact with educational institutions. Experience in working with or recruiting for roles involving Workday. Availability: Flexible, with potential travel within India as required

Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
