Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Trains other staff members during orientation + Answers telephones & emails, directs calls, takes messages and runs errands. + Sourcing and recruiting for hourly team members in all departments + Creates flyers, job postings, newsletters, and more in Canva + Prepares birthday recognition & other engagement activities + Completes i9s and i9 audits + Tracks hourly pre-employment progress + Assist hourly team members with Servsafe instructions + Reviews files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.and for audit/compliance purpose + Computes, records and proofreads data and other information. + Maintains and updates filing, inventory, mailing and database systems. + Communicates with customers, employees and others to answer questions; disseminates or explains information. + Troubleshoots problems involving office equipment. + Performs other duties as assigned.
