HR Regulatory Governance Specialist

We have a rare opportunity within our HR team to join us on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. 

The HR Regulatory & Governance Specialist reports to and works with the HR Projects & Governance Manager for all EMEA HR regulatory reporting requirements as well as being heavily involved across the region supporting & co-ordinating Vendor Management & Governance work. This role supports the enablement of HR strategy through focusing on the above areas allowing COE’s and Business Partners to focus on the strategic partnership with business and functional leaders. This role will partner extensively with the Legal and Compliance function.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all HR Reporting Requirements including, but not limited to, CSRD, ESG, D&I Regulatory, CSR, Lloyds and Board requirements. Collaborate with regional partners (Business Partners & Centres Of Excellence) to manage all HR vendors to ensure consistency of approach where applicable, recognising local differences and requirements at all times. Recognising local involvement and relationships will need to be maintained given local complexities across all countries in region. Co-ordinate with the TPRM team to ensure HR risk management of Third Parties is appropriate. Ownership of any external contractual negotiations, in conjunction with relevant internal legal intervention. Facilitate completion of external market surveys as required, utilising SME’s where needed, including Compliance. Maintain current knowledge of local/regional HR policy governance and Regulatory landscape. Partner with Compliance on changes in reporting requirements Support any ad hoc requests for analysis and presentation creation as required
