Job DescriptionJoin the U.S. Bank Workforce Analytics team as an HR Reporting Analyst. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating HR reports to support reporting projects that gather and integrate resources and business data. The HR Reporting Analyst will assist in the creation of Workday Reporting – both Custom Reports and template as well as reporting using Analytics Plus through Cornerstone to create ad hoc reports and dashboards. You may also train on and support ServiceNow or legacy tool reporting and leverage BI tools like Power BI to tell a story with the data.
The person in this position will be processing requests received through U.S. Bank’s case management system, ServiceNow. This position will also be a critical partner to the Business Analysts on the Workforce Analytics team by helping with requirements gathering or user acceptance testing (UAT). The person in this position will need to be able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities:
Process Workday and Cornerstone report requests received through U.S. Bank’s case management systemCollaborate with business partners to prioritize requests/needsPartner with Workforce Business AnalystsCollaborate with various partners to provide a holistic view of the analysis (examples: Product Management, HR Business Partners, Risk Management, etc.)Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they activate upon them and make data driven decisions. Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standardsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceThree or more years of reporting and data analysis experiencePreferred Requirements:
Experience in Workday or Cornerstone reporting is desiredExperience with HR reporting and insightsMS Excel experience utilizing Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, Charts, Conditional Formatting, creating formulas and utilizing Excel prebuilt formulas, V-Lookups, and File JoinsExperience partnering with Human Resource Professionals regarding their human capital data needs for HR processes (e.g. performance management, engagement survey, succession planning, etc.) and overall talent lifecycle (e.g. talent acquisition, terminations, onboarding, etc.)Experience creating and running reports in the Human Capital Management system(s),Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and/or E360, for the purposes of extracting, collecting, organizing, analyzing and interpreting results for insightsExperience developing dashboards in Power BI is preferredExperience working with relational databases is highly preferredExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to document in detail process to ensure complianceMust be comfortable with ambiguity and having the mental agility to quickly adjust and adapt to changeLocation: The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00 - $105,490.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
