Job Profile Summary Description
The Reporting Specialist leverages HR data and conducts analytics for the purpose of generating HR analytics and insights to both make and support informed evidenced based business decisions.
The role collaborates across SGN’s HR Operating Model constructs and is responsible for HR data aggregation, integration, analytics, and relevant reporting to support the HR value chain activities, drive business growth and enable effective decision making
Principal Accountabilities
Manage HR and workforce insights and foresights by providing inputs for workforce solutioningthrough advanced reporting and analytics
Provide business insights by analysing HR data from various data sources to understand and drive optimisation and improvement of HR services, employee engagement and retention
Obtain, document and analyse business and HR reporting needs and requirements through collaboration with business HR leadership and other stakeholders
Translates requirements into report specifications and standards and ensure data integrity within the reporting process
Identify opportunities to automate reports and have it readily available for on-demand analytics (e.g., workforce analysis) that drive management decisions
Gather data and perform various types of reporting (including standard, transactional, legislative, compliance, ad hoc)
Ensure alignment with the broader SGN strategy on data and reporting requirements and protocols
Collaborate with SGN HR leadership and business Partners to combine performance management analytics with recruitment and retention data in order to provide focus on workforce planning insights for SGN’s business leadership
Provide Business and HR Leaders with workforce analytics to inform workforce planning strategies and activities
Adhere to all SGN data collection, storage, archiving, integrity and reporting procedures
Gather relevant data and perform various types of complex reporting
Receive and handle escalations from Shared Services: when guidance or clarification regarding data is required
Conduct data quality management to enable continuous improvement
