MAJOR FUNCTION:
Assist in the build-out of the Compensation module of the network s new Oracle HRIS platform, and maintenance of ancillary source documents such as job descriptions and various spreadsheets. Frequent interaction with departmental personnel, both internal to HR and throughout the network would be likely.
EDUCATION :
B.S. degree in Human Resources, and/or equivalent experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency in Excel required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.) is preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts
Ability to organize, analyze and present data
Ability to be resourceful and work independently
Customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers
Handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion
B. Experience:
This position will cover a broad range of HR activities, but focused on assisting the Compensation team to build out job descriptions in the Oracle platform from electronic or paper versions. Also assist with loading pay scales/steps and/or pay ranges into the Compensation module. May also assist with other areas of a network wide market compensation program. Interaction will be with other members of the HR Services team, other HR staff, and departmental personnel as needed.
This is a temporary position: anticipating @25 hours per week, for a duration thru the end of 2025
