Cadence Israel is looking for a talented and passionate HR professional as maternity leave cover for ~6 months, to join our HR Team.
Our ideal candidate will address the hiring challenges and needs with creativity and will be able to work independently and engage others. He/She will combine a strategic view with a proactive, hands-on approach and possess excellent communication, organizational, and personal skills.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as a key partner to hiring managers locally and worldwide to build strong technical teams in Israel.
You will support the HR activity in Cadence Israel – total of ~300 employees over 3 sites, by providing support to managers and employees on various topics related to payroll, systems, benefits, and more.
You will interface regularly with the EMEA HR team to provide insights into regional priorities and challenges.
You will:
Have end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers at all levels to understand technical requirementsDevelop and maintain talent pipelines across different marketsDesign and implement effective sourcing strategiesCreate exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment processReach out to universities and other organizations to create candidates pipline and support the Cadence brandManage all HRIS processes using WorkdaySupport managers and employees on topics related to salary, policies, and benefits.Oversee the onboarding processesRequirements:
4+ years of technical recruitment experience in the high-tech industryBA or MA in Human Resources or a related fieldExpertise with modern recruitment tools and methodologiesHands-on experience with managing full cycle recruiting processesExperience with managing HRIS systems such as WorkdayExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and HebrewPlace of work – Petah Tikva, with regular visits to Haifa.We’re doing work that matters.
