The Global Resourcing team is operating in multiple locations around the globe and provides resourcing coordination support to Talent Engagement Teams of Diageo, across 5 Continents. To build outstanding partnership with Talent Managers and provide first class service to candidates The person in this role will be dedicated to lead end to end Interview scheduling activities.
Work closely with Candidates, Line Managers and Talent Managers on recruiting queries
Builds great partnership with Talent Managers
Handles end to end interview scheduling, rescheduling, organizes assessment centers
Produces ad-hoc reports related to Recruitment
Active ambassador for the HR model in the business, coaching employees and managers through their People Processes, on the use of self-service, about Compliance requirements
What you will bring
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in English
Spanish or Portuguese required
0-1 year proven experience
Good communication and logical skills
Experience in HR and/or Shared Service Environment is an advantage (Workday, Service Now or Cloud Technology experience all highly valued)
