Site Name: Poznan Pastelowa, Costa Rica - Cartago - Tres Rios Posted Date: Jan 22 2025 HR Risk Analyst The role sits within the global HR Risk Management CoE, which is accountable for effective risk management practices across HR, ensuring compliance with GSK’s Internal Control Framework. The role promotes an effective risk management culture across HR, building capability for doing the right thing and ensuring that, as global HR teams deliver their strategies and objectives, they have the tools and knowledge to identify and manage risks as they arise. N.B. The role does not require prior knowledge of HR and presents the opportunity to learn about a broad range of GSK’s risks, such as Financial Controls & Reporting, Legal Matters, Cyber Security, AI and TPRM through a People lens. Key Responsibilities: Risk advisory: Provide risk management advice to HR colleagues globally, including risk identification, assessment, treatment, governance and monitoring. Risk governance: Contribute to the development and maintenance of Risk Treatment Plans, performance of Independent Business Monitoring, development of Key Risk Indicators and delivery of quarterly risk updates to the Global HR RMCB. Risk reporting: Assist with the development of papers for i) the quarterly Global HR RMCB and ii) pre-ROCC briefings to Chief People Officer. Project risk management: Support the successful deployment of HR’s Learning & Development Transformation Programme by providing risk management support to the programme. AI Risk Assessments: Assist in the assessment of risks for new HR AI tools in accordance with GSK’s AI Policy and SOP. Compliance: Support the delivery of elements of HR’s assurance framework, including the 2025 Controls Assessment. Requirements: Degree level qualification in a business, finance or accounting subject area Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk management, compliance or audit Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders Detailed knowledge of risk management and GSK’s Internal Controls Framework Experienced in working in a matrix organisation with senior stakeholders in multiple geographies Project risk management experience Sense of urgency, flexibility and accountability Why GSK?
