Primary Purpose:
The HR Shared Services Analyst II (HRSS Analyst II)is responsible for resolving sophisticated HR inquiries and critical issues from Tier I support team, requiring a specialized understanding of HR processes and functions. This position plays a key role in supporting HR operations related to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Benefits, Payroll, and overall employee lifecycle management. The HRSS Analyst II ensures the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of HR transactions while maintaining a high level of service to employees and HR teams.
What you will do:
Handles escalated transactions and inquiries from Tier I support related to various HR functions, ensuring all employee information is accurate and up to date. Provide expertise on complex cases requiring deeper knowledge of policies and HR compliance requirements. Handle employee lifecycle processes from hire to retire, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation. Process HR transactions accurately in HRIS systems with supporting documentation and data accuracy. Find opportunities for process improvement within the shared services function to increase efficiency and service quality. Collaborate with HR COEs to align processes and recommend improvements where needed. Maintain HR documentation, including employee records, and compliance reports. Ensure confidentiality and data protection in line with company and regulatory guidelines.What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 2-4 years of HR Shared Service experience, or HR operations Proficient in HR processes and familiar with HRIS platforms Excellent organizational and communication skills Able to balance multiple tasks and have a proactive approach Strong analytical skillsIt takes people like you and a global network of employees across North America and EMEA to build a company where the best people want to work.
