Lamar Blvd, Arlington TX 76011 · **Work environment:** Human Resources Department Texas Health Service Center – Remote/Work from Home · **Work hours:** PRN “As Needed” to cover PTO and heavy call volume - Variable start times between 7a -3:30p or 8:30a -5p, M-F Will occasionally attend in person meetings at corporate headquarters. **The Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) Representative** is the first point of support for employees contacting the HR Service Center. The HRSC Rep is responsible for quickly triaging and resolving employee questions and request through the use of provided system tools and knowledge base. All questions and request should be documented accurately and escalated when appropriate. **Texas Health Resources** is one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States and the largest in North Texas in terms of patients served. It has more than 3,800 licensed beds, more than 21,100 employees of fully owned/operated facilities plus 1,400 employees of consolidated joint ventures and counts more than 5,500 physicians with active staff privileges at its hospitals. **We invite you to join us in furthering your career through our accomplishments and philosophy of excellence.** **Here’s what you need** · H.S Diploma or equivalent required and 1+ year of clerical/ admin, call center or HR experience without a degree · Associate’s Degree or Bachelors Degree in Human resources, Business administration or relevant in lieu of experience. · Professional HR experience preferred · PHR - Professional in Human Resources preferred OR · SPHR - Senior Professional in Human Resources preferred OR · SHRM-CP - SHRM Certified Professional preferred OR · SHRM – SCP-SHRM Senior Certified Professional OR · Other nationally recognized HR Certification preferred **The successful HR Service Center Rep will have the following skills:** · Possess great attention to detail, customer service and superb follow-up. · Develop relationships at all levels and communicate effectively. · Proficient in use of common business software and applications such as MS Office, PeopleSoft, etc. **What You Will Do** · First line of contact to our employees/customers and demonstrate customer service expectations and achieve performance metrics. · Serve as subject matter expert to employees and manager inquiries to include: employee data management, payroll, benefits and HR policy/procedures. · Actively research and respond to calls/cases received. · Document transaction and case status to properly indicate stage of completion. · De-escalate situations through the use of effective communication techniques and involve supervisor when necessary. · Use sound judgement to make appropriate determinations and resolutions. · Escalate issues out of scope of practice to HR specialist · Accurately file documents into e-record · Maintain appropriate documentation in case notes on discussions completed. · Maintain understanding and knowledge of HR policies **Additional perks of being a Texas Health Employee** · Benefits include 401K, PTO, medical, dental, Paid Parental Leave, flex spending, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment programs as well as several other benefits. · A supportive, team environment with outstanding opportunities for growth.
