OHSU is Oregon's only public academic health center. We are a system of hospitals and clinics across Oregon and southwest Washington. Function/Duties of Position

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry, reward fulfillment and report generation.

Required Qualifications

Enrolled in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours).

Experience using computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications One year of experience working in an office setting.Adobe Acrobat and working knowledge of office equipment (scanners and copy machines). Additional Details

Note to Undergraduate Students:Flexibility in schedule to accomidate school schedule. Duration of work is contingent of graduation from udergraduate degree.
