Job Description: 3M Philippines GSC is looking for an HR Service Delivery Payroll Specialist to join our HR Service Delivery Team. The candidate will support 3M functions and Consumer, Safety & Industrial and Transportation & Electronics business groups. Main Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + End to end Singapore payroll delivery and statutory/ tax filing /CPF in compliance to local (Singapore) legislation. + Executing payroll processes that comply with regulations while ensuring alignment with 3M payroll standards. + Partnering with outsourced payroll vendor to complete pay cycle. + Analyzing and resolving inquiries from employees as they relate to payroll. + Maintaining payroll and internal control procedures. + Recommendations to improve and automate payroll processes. + Data reporting in government platforms. + Collaborating closely with HR teams for other payroll relevant tasks and inquiries. + Posting of payroll related entries in the Finance system and analyze pay variances. + Exercises discretion in matters of confidentiality + Protects the corporation and assures 3M values and policies are upheld and complied with, as well as that 3M processes are implemented as appropriate. + Ensures compliance with 3M Business Conduct Policies and other policies and teaches and acts as an example of uncompromising ethics. + Other projects/ duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience + Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Singapore payroll —previous experience in a Shared Services environment is an advantage . + Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university + Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures and Singapore Legislation + Experienced in the following technologies: Workday, SAP, Salesforce, Crimsonlogic, other HR systems + Advanced Excel skills in data manipulation + Strong attention to detail combined with successful time management and prioritization skills + Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team + Detail oriented/accurate and thorough + Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines + Must be able to maintain and retain confidentiality of data, protection of workforce data in the roles Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
