HR Service Delivery Representative

An HR Service Delivery Representative typically handles various administrative and support tasks related to human resources. Additionally, responsible for supporting leaders with training of new hires into the department and data analysis of current processes to highlight potentials for optimization within the department.

Responsibilities:

Provide HR Support: Assist employees with HR-related inquiries, including benefits, payroll, and employee records.Process Transactions: Handle transactions such as onboarding new employees, updating employee information, and processing leave requests.Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve HR-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Maintain Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of HR records and systems.Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and procedures.Training: Provide training and support to employees on HR processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills1.

Preferred

Experience: Work for other US based companiesCertifications: Relevant certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) are preferred.Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow software.
