HR Service Delivery Specialist

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Pursue Operating Excellence

Support and execute end-to-end employee lifecycle master data administration and transactional related topics, including employee inquiriesProvide guidance and support to empower employees to self-serve in various system processes within SuccessFactorsAnalyze to identify customer’s requirements and frequently asked questions followed by developing reference materials or knowledge articles to support Manager Self-Service and Employee Self-Service options Create process documentations and work instructions to support and facilitate HR Service Delivery’s operations in accordance to the standard outlined in HR Service Delivery Document and Knowledge Governance Framework Ensure timely updates and reviews on HR Service Delivery process documentations and work instructions as outlined in operations framework. This includes changes related to employment policies, practices and local employment legislation with regards to end-to-end employee administrative processesEnsure data transactions, document retention and filing are in accordance to the requirements of policies, internal audit and local legislative requirementsPerform regular review and check on data to ensure accuracy and data integrityAnalyze data and trends to identify potential system and process risk and to explore mitigation alternatives, i.e.: conducting Root Cause Analysis activity to identify improvement opportunitiesSupport to troubleshoot operations escalations, system testing, HR operations related projects, internal & external audit activities & etc.Co-facilitate team’s daily stand-up meeting to discuss priorities, problem-solve and sharing learnings and improvement opportunities and ensure completion of assigned daily prioritiesClose partnership and connection with HR Community and Business Leaders in providing HR supports and to seek feedback for improvement action plansConduct trainings related to specific processes and/or system functionalities for our team members, HR Community and internal stakeholders
