HR Service Delivery Systems Analyst

The HR Systems organization leads and manages HP's HR systems, Data and Technology Enablement. Human Resources recognize us as the first stop for "the what" in systems enablement, as experts in providing solutions and support to complex business problems, and as the gateway to the IT organization.

The HR Systems Service Delivery position involves administering and supporting an HR helpdesk, and case management application and HR’s self-serve GenAI assistants. This includes configuring business processes, managing workflows, reporting, analysis, and issue resolution. Additionally, it requires a future vision of continuous investigating and improving systems to support HR and HP’s future ready strategy.

The position spans various areas of HR, analyzing HR specific strategies, processes and systems, collaborating with diverse HR and IT teams to evaluate system solutions, and deliver innovative systems for our internal customers.

Responsibilities

Support HR business processes and needs assessments to align to HR system solutions and business initiativesDocument and manage business and technical requirements and provide detailed design and business rulesWork closely in partnership with HR business and functional teams to understand business initiatives and be able to represent business needs to HRITAnalyze report data to support the business initiatives of the current and future business environmentSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting test plan and test cases, and driving UAT to ensure all enhancements are fully testedMaintain and cultivate relations with key customer contactsPartner with internal customers to examine issues or concernsSupport HR processes ensuring alignment with IT through the established governance modelIdentify and troubleshoot operational issues and system gapsManage documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notesDocument processes, procedures, or new approachesDocument implementation plans in conjunction with other system analysts

Education and experience required

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or a closely related disciplineMinimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in HR or technical related areaExperience in HR systems such as helpdesk solution systemsUnderstanding of AI virtual assistants, and chatbotsKnowledge of workflows to streamline processes and leverage automation
