The HR Service Administrator will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective support service to all HR customers, predominantly to the HR Business Partner or HR Manager. The holder of this position will oversee the onboarding process and be the first point of contact for employee enquiries. The position holder will also administer defined HR processes and procedures such as Workday processes and document creation, always aiming at high efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction as well as contributing to continuous process and quality improvement.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Provide first level support (e.g. for self-service tools), payroll, administer compensation and benefits incl. pension, preparing HR reporting materials and dashboards, maintaining accurate HR data in systemsPerform all routine employee-life cycle workday processes (e.g. hire, job changes, compensation, leave of absence, exits)Ensure high quality maintenance of personnel dataPerform all administration and data maintenance tasks related to organizational changesOrganize and manage employee and manager onboarding (and welcome days)Create contracts, documents and certifications, and maintenance of personnel filesProvide quick and quality answers and solutions to employee inquiriesCreate standard HR reports and analyticsContribute to continuous improvement and monitor KPIs to improve and adjust service levels and customer satisfactionCreate of knowledge articles and cases for knowledge and case management toolQualifications & Skills:
Good level of education in relevant field1-2 years working experience in an HR role and in a confidential environmentAccurate and sound administration experienceAbility to competently and accurately work with databases, spreadsheets and software packagesCapable of prioritising workload quickly and conscientiously, without sacrificing attention to detailClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsCustomer focusedApproachable and able to demonstrate confidence in dealing with employees at all levels of the CompanyEffective problem solving skillsAble to read and write EnglishAbout Sartorius
