HR Operations JR. Team Lead - ELC

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to become a core member of the Employee Life Cycle Management (ELCM) team, you will be delivering HR Services to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide a high level of assistance for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.The work model for the role is: #LI- Onsite, #LI - HybridThis role is contributing to the HR Operation Services in AMEA region. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tExecute the HR CORE processes through SAP ensuring that Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll related data accurately according to the global standard processes. Pro-cess ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination•\tMonitors payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring assisting documentation is in place. Play key role in the ‘lock and unlock’ process of critical data within HR Core.•\tCapturing ELCM-related activities into appropriate systems and record the employee queries in an ap-propriate IT system (ticketing tool).•\tEnsuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined SLA like TAT, quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT)

Qualifications for the role

\tYou are highly skilled in SAP Employee life cycle management. \tAbility to demonstrate your experience of 1-3 years in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous and having good experience in letter preparation.\tAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment.\tPossess an enhanced experience in SAP & Workday will be added advantage. A solu-tions-oriented approach and strong inter personal skills\tProficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.\tDegree - Bachelor’s degree in any stream\tExcellent communication skills.
