HR Services Delivery Intern

Key Responsibilities

The HR Summer Intern will support several HR functions within the HR Service Delivery team and gain exposure and experience through various projects, including:

Collaborate with the AVP, HR Specialist Lead on researching HR Records Retention and developing a project plan for removal and/or off-site storage of paper files at our Whitehouse Station locations.  Learn and assist the HR Interview Schedulers with contacting candidates to schedule interviews for various levels of positions across the United States using our HR Services portal.  Assist the HR Service Delivery team with the review, collection, and inventorying of Chubb North America Human Resources content for conversion into ServiceNow “Knowledge Articles.”  Collaborate with our HR Global Mobility Specialist to create necessary workflows or process documents.  Assist the People Partners who support the Sr. HR Business Partners with reporting requests and other needs.  Assist with ad hoc HR Benefit projects across North America (US, Canada, and Bermuda).
 

The Internship Program will start on June 2, 2025.

Desired Qualifications:

A student pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with a preference towards coursework or demonstrated interest in Human Resources. Strong GPA preferred (3.0 required). Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred. Basic understanding of HR policies and practices. Strong oral and written communication and organization skills. Comfortable collaborating through varies means of communication i.e., in-person, phone, email, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams. Technically adept/digitally savvy. Demonstrated integrity, work ethic, and professionalism.
