About the role Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Services, this key role supports the Foot Locker Asia Pacific and the Resources (HR) Services teams to deliver exceptional employee experience, assist with first level support across all people matters from the store and corporate teams, as well as manage our internal HR systems and drive process improvement. Responsibilities Oversee and respond to HR inbox enquiries. Manage all internal HR systems data through PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy to support reporting and employment documentation records. Support and coordinate work injury claims and other WHS specific matters. Generate and review information accurately to support payroll processing, as well as advise Payroll on matters in line with Foot Locker’s HR policies and processes. Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, providing exceptional experience for new team members, as well as coordinating the probation and exit process for all staff. With a continuous improvement mindset, review and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with legislative changes as required. Assist the HR team in administering and executing other HR initiatives and projects. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or other Business-related degree and/or related qualifications (desirable) Demonstrated success in a similar role (minimum 3 years’ experience) Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably PeopleSoft) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and able to work with HR data to conduct analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all matters Strong organisational and attention to detail skills Passionate about developing your career in Human Resources – with a desire to learn Benefits A flexible hybrid working environment Free on-site parking Foot Locker team discount card – save on Nike, Adidas, ASICS and many more!
