Our EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in Budapest is Eaton’s largest office in the region. With a diverse team of over 700 people, representing 40+ nationalities and speaking 20+ languages, the BSC is the central hub for business services. It empowers seamless operations and drives exceptional results across our electrical, industrial, and corporate teams.
What you’ll do:The responsibility of the Payroll Analyst is to provide payroll support within Eaton EMEA as part of the HRS Payroll team by documenting and executing payroll related activities primarily but not only for German pensioners. The Analyst provides inputs and coordinates execution with internal (Eaton) stakeholders and external (third party) provider. These include, among others, reoccurring & ad-hoc reports and datasets, keeping customer satisfaction and quality standards aligned with company goals. Be part of a collaborative team of 9 members who work together to achieve common goals. You will report directly to an HRS Manager.
Supporting German pensioner payroll processes including:
New pensioner application process
New dependent application process
Communication with employees with vested interest
Master data changes
Pensioner document review
Pensioner ID and calculation request process
Coordinating & Transmit data into third party payroll systems where not automated including:
Reoccurring & Non Reoccurring Pay Elements
Employee Absences
Pay Attachments/Court Orders
Local Country Tax & Governance documents
Time & Attendance Responsibilities
Ensuring that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately
Committing and delivering process improvements to keep processes optimized
Preparing & distributing appropriate payroll reports & approval documentation
Work with country & core services HRS specialists along with Central Payroll and Field HR teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution or equivalent professional degree
Strong English and German language capabilities are essential
Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook)
Previous 2+ years experience of payroll systems would be significant advantage
Previous 2+ experience of T&A systems would be significant advantage
Skills:Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal) and interpersonal skills
