We will rely on you to:

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and standardize existing processes, making them more user-friendly and efficient.Conduct thorough reviews of tickets and listen to calls of HR Services colleagues to ensure top-notch quality and compliance.Take the lead on various exciting projects, contributing to their success and driving impactful outcomes.Provide comprehensive support for activities across the dynamic Asia & Pacific region.Coach and train HR Service personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What you need to have:

Strong understanding and experience working within an HR Services model.Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Self-confident and able to effectively communicate messages.Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction.Analytical mindset with the ability to be very detailed and a logical thinker.-Experience working in a player-coach capacity, handling individual deliverables while mentoring others.

What makes you stand out:

Experience with ticketing systems; knowledge of WorkDay or ServiceNow is a bonus.Experience with Pacific payroll is a plus.
