Your tasks will be:
Actively contribute to the successful transition of time and attendance processes and responsibilities in close collaboration with German colleaguesProvide support, information and guidance in a designated area of the employee lifecycle with a customer- and quality oriented attitudeAddress HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners working in GermanyHandle assigned cases with accuracy while taking into account compliance with local labour laws and company policiesTake a pivotal role in creating, refining, and enhancing HR process documentation, continuously identifying opportunities for improvementQualificationsBackground: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areasExperience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areasPersonality: You are thorough, self-organized, motivated, detail-oriented and service minded. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skillsLanguages:Fluent German (C1) both written and spokenMid-level English (B1) skillsHungarian language knowledge is not required, but an advantageAdditional InformationBenefits & our offer
