HR Services Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Trilingual
Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world
You’ll be part of a team that serves as an advisor to 3M hiring managers, recruiters and HR business partners to help execute against their hiring plans and handle end to end requisition management for a wide variety of functions and roles, while maintaining a focus on providing a positive candidate experience for all.

As an HR ServicesTalent Acquisition Coordinator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
+ Act as advisor to hiring managers as it relates to their requisitions and candidates
+ Individually own full life cycle recruiting for internal and/or production requisitions
+ Validate hiring requirements, accuracy of job description and develop job posting verbiage
+ Manage candidate workflow throughout the selection process
+ Initiate offer processing
+ Track and disposition applicant flow within acceptable timeframes
+ Provide guidance to new managers on hiring process/systems
+ Provide seamless back-up support in a team culture
+ Ensure world-class experience for each candidate and hiring manager
+ Assist recruiters with tracking and managing candidates from application/ resume screening stage through to scheduling interview, offer generation and pre-employment contingency management
+ Performs data entry, tracking resumes, and maintaining the resume database
+ Tracks and prioritize requests while monitoring sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential materials.
+ Works closely with other vendors and internal organizations, such as 3M Occupational Medicine and HireRight.
+ Other duties as assigned
+ Schedule interview event with managers at key MFG locations
+ Work as a talent advisor in support of a plant recruiting strategy
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
+ Minimum 2 years equivalent work experience preferred in Costumer Service or as a HR Back Office
+ Fully Trilingual (Portuguese/ English / Spanish).
+ Bachelor's degree or advance Student (Business Administration, Human Resources or related)
Soft skills:
+ Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
+ Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives
+ Experience working with Talent Acquisition or Hire to Retire processes preferred
+ Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills
+ Ability to manage in a virtual working environment, fully utilizing technology and communication tools
+ Ability to understand client needs
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels
+ Presentation skills
