HR Shared Services Administrator

The Human Resources Shared Services Administrator is the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Main administrative duties are managing HR documents and updating internal databases.
What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?
Conducts and/or assists with onsite and virtual employee file audits which may include new hires, I-9, Licensurechecks, Health & Hospital Corporation (HHC) audits. Assist with scanning and uploading of paper files and information into the employee’s electronic file Provides administrative support to the HR department including digital and paper filing. Monitoring and processing of background checks, drug screens and fingerprints. Handling sensitive and confidential materials and matters, while adhering to compliance procedures and
processes. Training Payroll/Benefit coordinators (PBC’s) Assists with special projects as needed. Learn additional HR Administrative Support tasks to help provide backup service to the HR Shared Services
team. Complies with the company’s privacy practices and procedures related to resident and employee records and
all state and federal privacy practices and procedures related to resident and employee records and all state and
federal privacy laws including HIPAA. Demonstrates teamwork and prompt and regular attendance to work to ensure that quality care and services are
provided to the patients we serve. Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six months to one year of HR related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Some college preferred.Our commitment to our team members:
