HR Shared Services Associate

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. 

HR Administration: Process HR transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and benefits administration.

Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.

Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of HR best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or a shared services environment.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HR shared services or HR operations.

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).

Working Conditions:

Office environment with occasional remote work options.

May require occasional travel for training or meetings.
