We are seeking Japanese-speaking HR Shared Services Associate (Data Management) for our Malaysia Service Delivery Organisation (SDO). You will be part of Otis Global HRSS organization and work with an awesome HR Leadership team.

As an HR Shared Services Associate (Japanese-speaking), you will
To put the employee first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times.
Support key activities for a successful transition to the shared service center, ensuring adherence to global standardized process, exception handling and compliance to statutory regulations.
Provide outstanding experience to colleagues in Otis.
To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers.
Act as the first point of receipt and triage within SLA of service requests to HR Shared Services teams, ensuring that where possible requests are resolved at first review and if not then assigned to the appropriate team to support the customer / activity.
To maintain and update reference materials (SOP, knowledge article, job aid) to ensure all changes are tracked, updated, reviewed and approved.
Support translation work required for communication, knowledge articles, SOPs, job aids etc.
Support projects from global/regional/country level by leveraging process simplifications and automation to drive world-class service and efficiency.
Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis business calendar and ad-hoc in relation to business requirements.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
A Graduate with 2+ years of prior experience of working in a busy, high volume, and results-focused administrative environment. Shared Service Centre experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Must be fluent in English and Japanese both verbal and written; for non-native, preferably certified in JLPT N2. Relevant HR experience supporting Japan is preferred.
Possess hands-on experience with HR systems, like Workday and ServiceNow which will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of working with structured HR processes and procedures and can work well with strict SLAs/KPIs with a focus on quality and service excellence.
Strong MS Office software abilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work towards tight timelines, especially with high volumes.
Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
Is results-oriented and responds positively to change.
