THE ROLE:

Strada is looking for a HR Shared Services leader to manage the Eastern and Central Europe and Nordics region. 

The candidate must have a significant experience in previous HR Shared Services leadership roles, able to understand the key strategic fundamentals of such function. 

We are looking for a strategic thinker, able to organize a big team and deliver a best in class service to our internal customers, our colleagues. 

In the role, you will be responsible for delivering the proper PY service and HR administration to the Eastern and Central Europe and Nordics region, in full adherence with the broader/global HR SS model. 

You will also play a significant part in providing your inputs and recommendations to improve the ongoing HR SS strategy 

 

Main Responsibilities 

Lead the Region HR Shared Services team according to the HR SS global strategy 

Responsible for ensuring client(s) relationships are in place and working well 

Responsible for the management and resolution of any client escalations 

Responsible for putting in place lessons learned backlogs and able to anticipate issues  

Effectively manage and monitor SLAs using the appropriate tools to ensure adherence to targets; if targets are not being met, 

Build strong working relationships with all of the HR CoEs, Local HRs, IT, Legal and any Strada team as needed  

Management of internal stakeholders including Leadership, as needed 

Responsible for ensuring the team have processes and DWIs in place  

Responsible for defining the training strategy for all applicable countries and ensuring all team members are skilled 

Year End processing meets all agreed deadlines and is submitted accurately 

Managing the relationship and negotiation of new and existing suppliers  

End to end management of the operational team, ensuring that regular individual reviews, trainings, performance management, absence management and overall adherence to Strada HR policies are being followed 

Responsible for ensuring issues associated with the team are successfully resolved 

Communication and alignment of team ensuring that business updates, innovation etc is fully understood by the whole team 

Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned 

 

Professional background 

Strong HR Shared Services leadership background with 3+ years in a team leadership role 

Strong understanding of HR Shared Services priorities, in adherence with the PY and employee’s lifecycle 

Experience in dealing with Management at all levels 

Able to communicate to peers, direct reports and to managers consistently, effectively, providing solutions, alongside the issues description 

Strong HR Shared Services transformation projects experience 

Experience working in a global, multicultural and fast paced enironment 

 

 

Education and knowledge 

3+ years of HR Shared Services team leadership experience  

Excellent verbal and written communication  

Experience communicating effectively to leadership 

Experience with global customers/team members.  

Resourceful, confident under pressure, and proven problem-solving skills.  

HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience.   

Vendor management experience.  

Fluent in English (written, oral). Spanish and other languages is a meaningful plus
