Job Description

The HR Services and Solutions Manager (also known as Go-To-Market Leader) is a close partner to the HR Shared Services and business in the market. The jobholder takes a comprehensive, end to end view of people operation processes, influences key partners in policy design and sets up the processes needed to deliver outstanding employee experience. This role will lead a diverse organization and seek horizontal projects for the market. This is not your typical HR work – you will have truly important work from Day One.

Excellent operational skills – able to plan, coordinate, and execute vital activities to deliver on business needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy

Fast learning agility – able to learn on the job in a constantly evolving environment
