Inova Center for Personalized Health is looking for a dedicated HR Shared Services Representative to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The HR Advisor is responsible for providing HR support to Inova team members and leaders, delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role acts as the first point of contact for Inova team members and leaders that have questions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and position management. The HR Advisor collaborates with any necessary support teams to ensure team members are provided with a resolution for questions and concerns. This role adapts to the needs of the team member providing in-depth guidance and support.

Identifies HR and payroll questions and issues, develop solutions, and accurately document interactions within the HR System Partners with HRBPs, payroll, and talent acquisition to escalate complicated tickets or concerns Provides support for employee and leader transactions in Oracle Maintains a detailed knowledge of HR processes Reviews your work for quality, accuracy, and relevance Ensures all employee information is kept strictly confidential Collaborates in any other HR tasks or company projects May perform additional duties as assignedHR Shared Services Representative Requirements:
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday - Friday days, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) Education: High School or GED Experience: None required ; 1 year of Human Resources experience strongly preferred
HR Shared Services Representative Preferred Requirements:
Experience in human resources, preferably in a shared services environment. Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is strongly preferred. Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and case management tools. Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting. Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA).
